It did not sell. I watched the auction wind down and not one bid came in. I might have if the listing had been a bit more informative or the seller had responded to a question I sent.
Who knows, though. The seller could get my e-mail, decide to answer it now and take $200.
I like a project...

Hmmmm. white car, black top and black mirrors...
No, I don't see a pattern here...
Very cute though. And Larry knows a lot about MGs, so if you needed any advice, he'd love to help out. Hypothetically, of course.
He would either love to help out (and I'm sure he would...) or run screaming into the night warning me "Stay Away! Stay Away!"
I think he'd help out and Susie would be screaming at YOU to "Stay Away!"
Has the owner ever responded?
Nope. And I've been given pretty clear direction on the home front that a garage should proceed a project car. Jeez. Next thing you know, I won't be able to cut my own hair in the front yard either!
Well, if you continue to cut your hair in the front yard you'll just have to listen to Zigy barking at you.
Oh, thanks for the postcard from Pepper!
You should not be allowed to duct tape your toes to sheet metal in the front yard either. Just my opinion.
Oh, very cool looking car though.
Hey - the toe contraption was a very well-conceived and effective answer to a medical problem. And I used medical tape
Just using tape that has the word medical in it doesn't make it so.
